How Does Pricing Work?

Our rates are based on the size of your lot. We currently mow up to 8,500 square feet with our standard equipment. For reference, that size typically runs around $34.95 per week — but contact us for a personalized quote.

What’s Your Cancellation Policy?

We ask customers to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks of service. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime. Unless we hear from you, your service will auto-renew each season. If something comes up, just contact us and we’ll talk through the options.

What About Pets and Gates?

We work around pets often — as long as your dog is friendly and you're comfortable with it, we’re good. However, for everyone's safety, we highly recommend securing your pets during your scheduled service window. All gates must be unlocked on your service day to allow our crew access to the yard. If the gate is locked, we will be unable to complete the service, and it may be subject to a missed service fee.

What If My Grass Is Overgrown?

If your lawn hasn’t been cut in over a week or is taller than 6 inches, a $25 surcharge will be added for the first mow. If it’s more than 12 inches, we may not be able to mow it at all. Once it’s cut, it can take a couple weeks of routine service to get it looking freshly manicured.

What If There’s Property Damage?

Noticed something wrong after your service? Please give us a call within 24 hours so we can look into it and take care of it quickly. If the issue was caused by our crew, we’ll make it right.

What If I'm Not Satisfied with the Service?

Let us know right away — within 24 hours of your mow — and we’ll send someone back out at no extra cost. If more than a day passes, we’ll document the concern and follow up at your next visit. If you think your lawn was skipped altogether, you’ve got 3 days to report it so we can avoid back-to-back mows.

Do You Offer One-Time or Biweekly Cuts?

We specialize in full-season, weekly lawn service because our pricing and routes are designed around the natural growth patterns of your lawn — thicker in spring and fall, slower during the summer. However, we do offer one-time and biweekly mowing services on a limited basis. These are priced and scheduled based on your location, lot size, a site visit, and approval from Mow Time.If you're interested in these options, please still reach out — availability opens up from time to time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I Pick My Mow Day?

Mow days are assigned based on route efficiency and location. You’ll be notified of your scheduled day once you sign up. We mow Monday–Friday, and in the event of rain or equipment delays, your mow may shift to the next available day. Arrival times vary based on route logistics and can change weekly.

Do You Bag the Grass?

Nope — we mulch every time. It’s healthier for your yard, better for the environment, and leaves no mess behind unless the grass was too tall to begin with.

Why Mulching is Better Than Bagging

Mulched clippings decompose fast and add moisture back into the soil.

They return valuable nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

No need for plastic bags or extra landfill waste.

Reduces watering needs by keeping soil moist.

Helps the environment and your lawn — and no, it won’t cause thatch. That’s a myth.

What Happens If It Rains?

Light rain? We may still mow. Heavy rain? We’ll delay service and move you to the next available slot. In some cases, weather delays can push the schedule back by a full day or more.

How Do I Pay?

We accept debit and credit cards only — no cash or checks. Your card will be charged after each completed mow. If your card declines, your service will be paused until we can update your payment info. We’ll also remind you when your card is about to expire to avoid service interruption.

What About Vehicles or Other Obstructions?

If vehicles, equipment, or other items are blocking mowing, trimming, or edging areas, those areas will be skipped for safety reasons and documented by our crew. This is to protect both your property and our team.Missed areas may not be revisited until your next scheduled service, so we strongly recommend making sure all cars and yard items are moved before your service day. This helps us deliver the most complete and efficient lawn care possible.
